Dies - Design and production

Dies are produced in house at Profal by professional and skilled die makers using full CNC process, thus there is no need for human handling of the dies.

The department’s internal integration facilitates an immediate, seamless feedback loop between die design, engineering, and production. This ensures real-time performance data is captured directly from the extrusion line.

At Profal, our dies are produced via full CNC machining, virtually eliminating the need for manual benchwork. We maintain a high-throughput facility, engineering and manufacturing dozens of dies monthly, with an aggressive three-day lead time for rapid die production.

By controlling die manufacturing in-house, we leverage continuous improvement; we iterate designs based on prior production runs to optimize extrusion performance and guarantee superior product quality.
