The powder coating department completes Profals "One Stop Shop" concept.
The color line performs electroplating and continuous coloring automatically from the hanging stage to packaging.
The color line makes it possible, for the first time in Israel, to carry out annealing as a pre-treatment for the painting phase, thus obtaining maximum protection for the profile in any color the customer chooses. A perfect combination of durability and beauty in challenging and corrosive areas such as proximity to the sea.
In addition, our factory operates with a cycle of almost 100% of the raw materials and water and reuses them, for the benefit of the environment.

- Preliminary brushing of the profiles - to remove slag and dirt before starting the painting process.
- Performing anodizing to a depth of six microns in the profiles as a preliminary protection step before the paint coating.
