1. At Profal, we regard quality as an essential and decisive element in the process of keeping our high standard and increasing our competitiveness.
2. The quality of our products and services are a decisive factor in the company's business success and prosperity.
3. The intention and purpose of the Company's quality procedures manual, is to establish a quality system for the design and manufacturing of aluminum profiles. Our aim is to maintain a high standard of quality, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 - 2015 edition, customer requirements and legislative requirements.
4. Two main factors are a condition for the success of Profal. The first one being customer’s satisfaction and the second one being employees involvement. Our employees are our most important asset. The employees' involvement and ability to adapt to the changing conditions and needs of the customers, is a pre requisite for the Company's success in achieving its quality targets.

Quality targets:

1. Profal will insure its customers that products will be supplied at a consistently controlled and a high level of quality.
2. Profal will strive to produce quality products that will meet the defined requirements of its customers and will result in their full long-term satisfaction.
