The Profal website is initially intended for wholesale customers and large warehouses, these customers place their purchasing orders in large commercial quantities only. Profal offices do not receive private audiences and provide any frontal services.
Existing customers and suppliers and others who are personally invited to work meetings at Profal are invited to contact and coordinate in advance. In case special access is required for any of them, meetings may be held in alternative offices in the building where there is no need to climb stairs and there is a wide entrance.
In accordance with the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities 1998-1998 and the regulations established pursuant to it, this effort is invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments so that a wholesale customer with a disability can receive the services independently and equally.
